Job summary

Syarikat Sin Kwang Plastic Industries Sdn Bhd in JohorW is seeking a dedicated technician to monitor, maintain and troubleshoot machinery and testers. You will perform regular PM, calibrations and daily quality checks to ensure products meet standards.

The role requires rotating shifts and overtime when needed, with focus on 7S compliance and defect detection along the production line.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Engineering – Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work on rotating shift and overtime if required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot machinery/tester.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance (PM) and daily calibration.
• Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment to ensure standards.
• Comply with 7S requirements in the workplace.
• Inspect, test and report on materials and products to meet specifications.
• Examine products for defects or deviations from specifications.
• Detect misconduct actions in the production line.
• Ensure QC inspectors perform their daily tasks correctly.

Job description

Compliance with 7S requirement.

Ensure products meet established standards and specifications by inspecting, testing, and reporting on materials and products

Examine products for defects or deviations from specifications, using various tools and techniques.

Detect any misconduct action in production line

Ensure QC inspectors perform their daily task in right
