Job summary

We are seeking a logistics/production planner to handle customer PO processing, work order issuance, materials coordination and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must have strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with manufacturing planning or logistics is desirable.
• Proficiency using an MRP system to manage material and production flow.

Responsibilities

• Process customer POs and issue work orders.
• Coordinate with HQ on delivery schedules and reschedule as needed.
• Review materials status and manage inbound/outbound material flow.
• Coordinate with production to ensure on-time finished goods delivery.
• Monitor and follow up on material shortfalls and rework requests.

Job description

• Customer PO processing, Work Order issuance. Liaise with HQ/account holder on delivery schedule, pull in / push out request.
• Review materials status, pull in and push out, liaise with SG counterpart.
• Review the end customer OOR and reschedule and update within the time frame.
• Coordinate with production on FG completion and deliver to customers in time.
• Follow up on the materials shortfall, NMR, MR, incoming, on the affected order.
• Follow up on customer request on rework, NMR, EC and DN implementation.

Job Requirements

• Preferred min. 2 years working experience in manufacturing line.
• Diploma and above.
• Have experience in using MRP system.
• Good analytical and communication skill.
