As we continue to expand our portfolio of landmark civil engineering projects, we are seeking a highly skilled and rigorous Civil QA/QC Manager to lead our quality management team.

Job Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 standards and client specifications.
• Oversee all QA/QC activities on-site, including testing, inspections, material approvals, and documentation for civil and structural works.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the site QA/QC team, including engineers and inspectors.
• Review and approve Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), and Quality Control procedures submitted by subcontractors.
• Manage the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process, driving root-cause analysis and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate closely with client representatives, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities regarding quality audits and final project handovers.
• Ensure all materials delivered to the site meet structural standards and project specifications through strict incoming inspection protocols.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline recognized by the Board of Engineers (BEM) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in civil infrastructure, high-rise, or mega construction projects, with at least 3 years in a managerial or lead QA/QC capacity.
• Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or possessing relevant QA/QC professional certifications is highly preferred.
• Deep technical knowledge of civil engineering materials, concrete technology, soil testing, and local construction standards/regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a strict eye for detail.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia (ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage).
