About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer to join our growing engineering team in Kuching, Sarawak. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of infrastructure projects including buildings, bridges, roads, and other civil structures. As a Civil Engineer, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality engineering solutions that meet regulatory standards and project specifications. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects that contribute to the development and infrastructure improvement of the region.

Key responsibilities

Design and develop civil engineering plans, drawings, and specifications for infrastructure projects using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and engineering principles

Conduct site surveys, soil investigations, and feasibility studies to assess project requirements and environmental conditions

Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure designs meet safety standards and building codes

Prepare detailed project proposals, cost estimates, and technical reports for clients and stakeholders

Oversee construction activities on-site, including quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines and budgets

What we're looking for
