Job summary

Collars Consultancy Pte. Ltd. is partnering with a prominent fintech leader to recruit a visionary Chief Human Resources Officer who will architect and lead a global human capital strategy across 1,000+ employees and multiple regions.

The CHRO will own Total Rewards, talent architecture, HR technology, and compliance, partnering with the CEO and Board to drive performance, inclusion, and scalable growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of progressive HR leadership, with 6+ years at executive level.
• Experience across 1,000+ employees across regional entities.
• Background in Fintech, tech startups, e-commerce or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern Total Rewards & executive compensation.
• Build talent acquisition engines for engineering, product, risk and executives.
• Lead HR technology, data analytics and workforce insights initiatives.
• Ensure labour law compliance and governance across jurisdictions.
• Act as trusted advisor to CEO and Board on people strategy and culture.
