Appnovation Technologies is expanding its APAC People & Culture function and seeking an experienced HR leader to partner with regional leadership in shaping workforce strategy across Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore.

You will steer talent management, recruitment, policy, and HRIS governance, ensuring compliant, scalable processes while driving engagement and transformation across a fast-growing technology services business.

Qualifications

• 8+ years HR experience including 3+ years in a senior HR Business Partner or HR Manager role across APAC countries.
• Strong stakeholder influence, with ability to partner with presidents/directors.

Responsabilités

• Partner with APAC leadership on organisation design, workforce planning and leadership capability.
• Translate global people strategy into APAC plan to retain talent and boost engagement.
• Lead regional performance and talent review cycles; coach managers on development and succession.
• Use people data (attrition, engagement, headcount, costs) to identify risks and provide actionable recommendations.
• Be a visible champion of culture and engage employees across APAC.
• Own APAC recruitment in collaboration with Regional Talent Acquisition Lead; keep HRIS (Greenhouse) up to date.
• Share local talent market insights with Global TA and regional leaders.
• Own APAC employment policies, contracts, and handbooks across HK, Malaysia, Singapore, including contractor/EOR arrangements.
• Oversee contractor workforce onboarding, renewals, compliance and classification.
• Advise on pay reviews, benefits, and benchmarking for the region.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding for a consistent, high-quality employee experience.
• Advise on visa requirements and mobility for inbound/outbound transfers.
• Maintain accuracy of APAC employee data in BambooHR and produce regular regional/global reports.
• Handle day-to-day people matters and ER cases with good judgement.
• Support regional expansion with HR policies and terms for new locations.
