Weil Hotel Ipoh invites experienced hospitality professionals to join our restaurant team. You will provide attentive service, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction at every touchpoint.

You will follow SOPs, liaise with the kitchen, maintain grooming and hygiene standards, keep areas and equipment clean, handle guest complaints diligently, and assist in promotions and mise-en-place for events.

• Provide attentive service, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction at every touchpoint.
• Follow SOPs and ensure time sequence of service in all dining operations.
• Liaise with kitchen for items not available and notify staff via notice board.
• Maintain high grooming and personal hygiene at all times.
• Ensure dining areas, furnishings and equipment are kept clean and well-maintained.
• Handle guest complaints diligently and professionally.
• Assist with promotional events, mise-en-place and par levels of operating supplies.

This role involves providing attentive service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction

Ensure that all time sequence of service are being followed base on the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

To maintain a high customer service focus by approaching your job with the customers always in mind.

To liaise with kitchen for food items not available. To inform all staff concerned and note down on the notice board.

To ensure high level of grooming at all times.

Ensures that all working areas, furnishings and equipment are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.

To ensure all F&B orders are taken promptly and handled as quickly as possible with minimum delay.

To assist on next promotional events, to have all items prepared in advance and to assist on decorative items.

Assist to ensure that par levels of operating supplies are maintained at all time.

To organize all activities within the restaurant operation with regards to manpower, equipment, mise-en-place etc.

To handle and attend to guest complaints diligently.

To ensure work and personal hygiene during service at all times.

To enforce the importance of punctuality and attendance among team members.

To ensure all food name tag on buffet line and ensure is clean at all times.

Ensures that regular maintenance and cleaning of all equipment, including trolleys and trays.

To perform other job duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
