Exinity is recruiting a Partnerships Manager for the China region to expand the brand and grow the partner network in the local market.

The role focuses on developing strategic partner relations, recruiting new partners, and delivering growth through effective market analysis, relationship management, and KPI achievement. You will travel as needed and work closely with leadership to forecast opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a commercial development manager or partnerships manager in the trading industry (FX/CFD).
• Strong ability to negotiate partnership terms and commercial agreements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence partners at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Develop company's business by establishing strong Strategic Partner relations and Partnerships in the region to drive profitable growth (China).
• Recruit and introduce new partners to the firm on an ongoing basis.
• Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage and maintain an active partnership pipeline using CRM tools and provide accurate forecasts to leadership.
