based in Kuala Lumpur seeks a proactive professional to develop relationships with Chinese government departments, companies and associations, and to engage potential exhibitors for overseas expansion. You will manage the full customer journey from initial contact to contract signing, while coordinating with Malaysian event organisers and stakeholders to execute exhibitions and forums.

Competenze

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Mass Communications, Events, Marketing, Business, Chinese, English or related field.
• Fluent Chinese (written and spoken).
• Fluent English for business communication.
• Comfortable communicating with Chinese clients by phone, WeChat, email and video conference.
• Confident, proactive and willing to approach new clients.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Hardworking, detail-oriented and able to take initiative.
• Good organization and coordination skills for supporting events.

• Proactively identify and develop relationships with Chinese government departments, companies, associations and potential exhibitors.
• Contact and engage potential clients via phone, WeChat, email and video meetings.
• Introduce exhibition projects, business-matching services and market-entry support for overseas expansion.
• Manage the full customer journey from initial contact to quotation, contract signing and exhibition participation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update sales progress regularly.
• Coordinate with Malaysian event organisers, government agencies, business partners and other stakeholders.
• Support the planning and execution of exhibitions, business forums, business-matching sessions and showroom visits.
• Assist with on-site event coordination, guest reception, programme schedules and event materials.
• Serve as a communication bridge between Chinese clients and the Malaysian team.
