Job summary

Hong Kong Trade Development Council in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Project Assistant for an on-site role. You will recruit buyers and exhibitors for trade fairs, solicit advertisers, and coordinate business matching meetings with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A recognized university degree with relevant work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and/or Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Recruit buyers and exhibitors for trade fairs and events.
• Solicit print and online advertisers.
• Liaise and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, trade associations, industry organizations, and media representatives.
• Coordinate and facilitate business matching meetings to foster business connections.
