Job summary

PEOPLElogy Berhad in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, seeks a senior commercial leader to own group revenue, gross profit, and forecasting across Enterprise, Consumer, Community and Industry segments. You will build a unified scorecard, drive multi-year contracts, and lead cross-functional teams to transform programme-based selling into integrated enterprise solutions using the 6D framework.

This role demands proven leadership, deep market insight, and a track record of delivering measurable revenue

Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial leadership experience.
• Proven ownership of revenue and P&L targets.
• Strong C-suite enterprise selling, strategic-account and complex-solution capability.
• Excellent forecasting, negotiation, pricing, partnership and sales-leadership discipline.
• Experience in enterprise solutions, technology, consulting, SaaS, HR/workforce solutions, professional services or adjacent sectors preferred.
• Entrepreneurial, highly accountable and comfortable in a listed-company environment.

Responsibilities

• Own Group revenue, gross profit, commercial strategy and forecast.
• Lead Enterprise, Consumer, Community and Industry commercial engines under one scoreboard.
• Transform programme-selling into integrated enterprise solution-selling using PEOPLElogy&039;s 6D framework.
• Build pipeline architecture, strategic-account penetration and multi-year contracts.
• Drive cross-selling across PEOPLElogy&039;s portfolio and ecosystem.
• Establish pricing, margin, CRM, deal-governance and forecasting discipline.
• Partner with CGO on Demand → Lead → Opportunity → Revenue and with CPIO on customer-to-product feedback.
• Recruit, coach and performance-manage commercial leaders and redesign incentives toward Group results.
