Job summary

Hatch Asia, in partnership with a global building materials leader, seeks a Project Executive to lead roofing projects from initiation to completion in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage scope, budget, schedule, and resources while ensuring contract compliance and safe, high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams; reviewing drawings; and driving continuous improvement through KPI monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering/Construction Management.
• Experience in construction projects and subcontractor supervision preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee roofing installation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, budget and schedule compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, suppliers and internal teams to achieve project goals.
• Review specifications, recommend installation methods and ensure product quality meets standards.
• Maintain a Safety First approach and monitor KPIs such as productivity and cost targets.
