Hatch Asia seeks an experienced Business Development Manager in Malaysia to drive growth in Real Estate and Property Development. You will identify opportunities, build client relationships and lead proposals and negotiations to secure profitable projects.

Based in Johor, you will collaborate with project teams to align business development with operations and deliver value to clients and partners in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities, industry trends, competitor strategies and target clients.
• Develop and implement growth strategies to increase market share in real estate and property development.
• Analyze project feasibility, including cost analysis and risk assessment, to propose business ventures.
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, partners and key stakeholders.
• Identify client needs and provide solutions leveraging project management consulting and development expertise.
• Prepare, present and negotiate proposals, bids and contracts aligned with capabilities and client requirements.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with contractors, architects, financial institutions and other professionals.
• Represent the company at industry events to expand visibility and influence in the market.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets by identifying and securing profitable projects.
• Work with project teams to align BD goals with operational capabilities and provide client feedback for improvement.
