Xircle Talent in Malaysia seeks a senior real estate leader to direct a sizeable office and retail portfolio. You will maximize net income, guide divestment strategies, and own budgeting and forecasting while coordinating with the CEO and Board on capital recycling decisions.

You will lead leasing, valuation, and asset management teams, negotiating major deals and coordinating with external advisors to optimize asset value in a listed group context.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 15 years in commercial real estate with 5+ years in leadership overseeing asset management and leasing.
• Experience with listed developers, REITs, or institutional landlords.
• Proven track record in maximizing occupancy, rent reversions, and asset value.
• Experience presenting to boards or investment committees and complying with public listings.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement business plans for office and retail assets to drive revenue and occupancy.
• Lead asset repositioning, refurbishments, and value-add projects for yield growth.
• Monitor portfolio performance and address underperforming assets.
• Coordinate annual valuation cycles with external valuers.
• Direct leasing strategy, tenant mix, and anchor/flagship tenants.
• Drive leasing metrics: occupancy, renewals, retention, reversions.
• Negotiate major lease agreements within authority limits.
• Collaborate with marketing and property management to improve tenant experience.
• Lead portfolio reviews and guide hold/enhance/divest decisions.
• Assess acquisitions and capital recycling opportunities.
