Randstad Malaysia seeks a Senior Investment Leader to drive the company’s real estate and investment activities in Malaysia. You will identify opportunities, develop strategies, and guide the investment department to meet objectives.

You will lead negotiations, manage end-to-end transactions, and build deep relationships with institutional investors, developers, and financial partners, leveraging market knowledge and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in related field; 10+ years in real estate investment or corporate real estate.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior management or leadership role.
• Proven experience managing high-value investment transactions and achieving closures.
• Registered Valuer with BOVAEP (Malaysia).

Responsabilités

• Lead investment strategy and transaction management across assets (commercial, industrial, residential, mixed-use).
• Develop and execute investment strategies; originate opportunities; manage client relationships.
• Lead negotiations with buyers, sellers, investors, and financial institutions; manage end-to-end transactions.
