Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a CEO-level executive to lead end-to-end operations across retail, projects, dealer networks, and branch operations in Malaysia. You will shape strategy, drive revenue growth, and own P&L while negotiating high-value deals and partnerships.

The role demands hands-on leadership, steep market insight, and ability to execute expansion plans, including East Malaysia, with a focus on performance, governance and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in senior management.
• Proven track record in operations, sales and P&L.
• Experience in retail, interior, furniture or related sectors.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business operations including sales, projects, retail and dealer networks.
• Own P&L and drive profitability through pricing and cost controls.
• Lead branch expansion, especially East Malaysia.
• Negotiate high-value commercial deals and partnerships.
• Ensure governance, compliance and performance standards.
• Mentor and manage a high-performing management team.
