Job summary

Jobstreet Malaysia seeks an experienced CEO to lead an interior design contractor business. You will oversee sales, projects, retail, dealer networks and branch operations, steering growth and profitability with a hands-on leadership approach.

This role requires strategic negotiations, branch expansion, tenant recruitment and active execution, reporting to Group Management to achieve company objectives. Candidates should have 8–10 years of senior management experience with a proven track record

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of senior management experience in related industries.
• Proven track record in managing business operations, sales performance and P&L.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to drive revenue and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business operations across Retail, Projects, Dealer Network, and Branch Operations.
• Drive revenue growth, tenant recruitment, and commercial partnerships.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, margin analysis and cash flow management.
• Lead branch expansion plans, including East Malaysia growth and showroom setup.
• Negotiate large-scale commercial leases and manage mall leasing initiatives.
• Provide leadership, KPIs, and performance management for a high-performing team.
