Job summary

Businesslist is seeking a seasoned General Manager to provide strategic direction and lead multi-site healthcare operations in Malaysia. You will mentor senior teams, drive transformation of processes and structures, and ensure strong governance and financial performance across the network.

Ideal candidates will bring 15+ years of healthcare leadership experience, with a track record of managing large teams, stakeholder ecosystems, and P&L responsibility, and a preference for exposure to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of people management experience within healthcare or multi-site organisations.
• Proven track record managing large operational teams and complex stakeholder environments.
• Experience driving operational transformation, organisational restructuring and performance improvement initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L and business performance metrics.
• Proven ability to lead change and influence long-tenured teams through transformation.
• Experience in fertility, dialysis, ophthalmology, eye care, dental, specialist or outpatient healthcare is preferred.
