Position Overview

Lead the organisation's overall strategy, operations and growth agenda while ensuring excellence in manufacturing, quality and regulatory compliance.
Drive sustainable business performance by strengthening commercial capabilities, operational efficiency and organisational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's overall business strategy and growth agenda.
• Assume full P&L responsibility and drive sustainable revenue, profitability and cash-flow performance.
• Lead manufacturing operations with a strong focus on productivity, capacity utilisation, cost efficiency and operational excellence.
• Ensure the organisation maintains the highest standards of GMP, quality, regulatory compliance, product safety and manufacturing standards.
• Strengthen quality and compliance culture across the organisation and ensure readiness for regulatory inspections and audits.
• Drive commercial growth through market expansion, customer development, portfolio optimisation and strategic partnerships.
• Oversee supply chain, procurement and manufacturing capabilities to ensure reliable and cost-effective delivery.
• Evaluate opportunities for new products, manufacturing capabilities, technology investments and capacity expansion.
• Build strong relationships with regulators, customers, partners, suppliers and other key stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a high-performing senior leadership team and strengthen organisational capabilities.
• Establish clear performance metrics, accountability and operating disciplines across the business.

Qualifications & Experience

• 15+ years of senior leadership experience, preferably within pharmaceutical manufacturing, healthcare, life sciences or a closely related industry.
• Proven experience leading a manufacturing business with significant P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering profitable growth and operational improvements.
• Experience managing manufacturing operations, supply chain and quality functions.
• Proven ability to lead organisational transformation and build high‑performing leadership teams.

Technical / Functional Expertise

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, GMP, quality systems and regulatory requirements.
• Strong commercial, financial and strategic acumen.
• Experience managing manufacturing operations, supply chain and quality functions.
• Expertise in revenue growth, profitability management and cash‑flow performance.
• Strong knowledge of quality, regulatory compliance, product safety and manufacturing standards.
• Experience overseeing market expansion, customer development, portfolio optimisation and strategic partnerships.
• Ability to evaluate new products, manufacturing capabilities, technology investments and capacity expansion opportunities.
• Experience establishing performance metrics, accountability frameworks and operational disciplines.
