Position Overview

This role is responsible to drive business growth through sales support, client relationship management, and business development initiatives across the organisation. Contribute to organisational success by enhancing client satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development Support

• Drive sales activities and follow up on business opportunities
• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned clients
• Support proposal development and client presentations
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline in CRM system

Client Management

• Manage day-to-day client communications and requests
• Organise and participate in client meetings
• Identify opportunities for account growth
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction

Market & Business Intelligence

• Track competitor activities and market trends
• Support preparation of business reports and analyses

Key Requirements
