The successful candidate will provide overall leadership for the hospital, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality and patient-centred healthcare services while strengthening clinical governance, operational performance and financial sustainability.

Qualifications

• Medical Doctor with recognised specialist qualification in a relevant clinical discipline.
• MMC registration and valid APC.
• Significant clinical and leadership experience within a hospital or healthcare environment.
• Proven experience in senior management, hospital administration, clinical governance or healthcare leadership.
• Strong understanding of hospital operations, healthcare regulations, accreditation and quality management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, communication and decision-making capabilities.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and commitment to patient-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and overall direction for the hospital.

• Oversee clinical services, patient safety, quality improvement and clinical governance.
• Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, statutory requirements and accreditation standards.
