Puncak AI Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a senior leader to shape AI strategy, governance and value creation. Translate business needs into scalable AI solutions and drive lifecycle management across GenAI, ML and AI agents to deliver sustainable growth.

You will lead an enterprise AI team, align with Board directives, manage budgets, and collaborate across legal, product and technology to achieve measurable ROI and broad adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in AI/CS/DS/SE/IT or related field.
• Master’s degree or postgraduate qualification preferred.
• 15+ years experience across technology, data, analytics or AI.
• Experience defining and executing enterprise AI strategy and governance.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI governance, ethics and regulatory compliance.
• Chair the AI Governance Committee and define risk/workflows.
• Oversee responsible AI lifecycle across GenAI, ML, and AI agents.
• Translate board mandates into multi-year AI roadmaps and plans.
• Provide portfolio and ROI updates to Board and executives.
• Own enterprise AI budget, capital allocation and business cases.
• Build and mentor a multidisciplinary AI team.
• Drive adoption, cross-functional collaboration and secure data pipelines.
