UROPOLYMERS (M) SDN BHD in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam, Malaysia, is seeking highly qualified professionals to contribute to the development of heavy-duty floor coatings and related products. The role emphasizes research and development to create new formulations and enhance existing ones.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; the company values candidates with 2–3 years of experience in product formulation and a diploma or degree in Chemistry or Applied Chemistry.

• Must possess either at least a Diploma or Degree in Chemistry or Applied Chemistry.

• Minimum 2-3 years in product formulation.
• Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Paint Manufacturing or equivalent.

• Conduct advanced research and development activities to create new and improved products, formulations and processes.
• Able to develop and modify analysis methods for newly developed products and recommend techniques for improvement on Production's quality issues.
• Managing product development timeline, cost and quality.
