The role involves planning, formulating and testing coatings, collaborating with regional teams, and presenting findings with clarity to stakeholders. A Bachelor’s/Master’s in Chemistry or related field is required, with 3+ years in coatings or related industries.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in statistics, design of experiments and data analysis is an advantage.
• Background in chemical R&D and coatings is advantageous.
• English communication skills required for internal and external interactions.
