Job summary

Initia International Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a Chef De Partie (CDP) to support the Head and Sous Chef in delivering consistently high-quality food, handling purchase orders, and ensuring items arriving are documented.

You will plan and execute menus with the team, manage daily ingredients, and uphold health and hygiene standards while improving cooking processes and presentation. Weekend/holiday shifts required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or qualification from a culinary school.
• Past experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Excellent listening and communication skills with multitasking ability.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation best practices.
• Passion for delivering great food and service.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute menus in collaboration with colleagues.
