Job summary

TKS CAPITAL HOLDINGS SDN. BHD. is seeking a dedicated cook capable of managing daily kitchen operations and delivering consistently high-quality dishes. You will prepare meals in line with SOPs, recipes, and quality standards while upholding hygiene and safety practices.

The role requires teamwork and leadership to guide junior staff, manage stock, and maintain strict portion control in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of kitchen experience
• Experience in Asian cuisine or similar F&B environment preferred
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good leadership and communication skills

• Ensure proper food handling, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness

• Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff when required
• Ensure kitchen equipment is used and maintained properly

About you

• Good leadership and communication skills

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required
