Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The role requires preparing dishes per recipes and standards, assisting the Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations, and ensuring high quality food presentation.

The candidate should have at least 3 years in a 5-star property or renowned restaurant, with 1 year as Demi Chef de Partie or equivalent in an international-brand hotel. Health certificate and HACCP knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a 5-star hotel or high-standard restaurant.
• 1+ year as Demi Chef de Partie or equivalent in an international-brand hotel.
• Valid health certificate.
• Seafood and meat processing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food for guests and team members per recipes and standards.
• Assist Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations and presentation.
• Plan and prepare high-quality food/beverage products and setups.
• Maintain HACCP and FSMS hygiene standards.
• Work for off-site events as required.
• Coordinate with Stewarding to ensure cleanliness and minimal breakages.
