PHN Industry Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of DRB-HICOM Bhd, is seeking a Chargeman B0 to oversee the safe and reliable operation of electrical systems and production support equipment at its Shah Alam facility. The role requires a Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering and 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.

Experience with high voltage switching, PLC-controlled equipment, and electrical troubleshooting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• More than 3 years experience in manufacturing maintenance.
• Experience in automotive components manufacturing is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with High Voltage Systems, PLC-controlled equipment, industrial motors, and electrical troubleshooting.
• High voltage switching operation.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Leadership and good communication and teamwork.
• Good report writing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• To ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all electrical system, utilities, and production support equipment within the manufacturing plant.
• The chargeman B0 is responsible for maintaining compliance with Suruhanjaya Tenaga regulations while minimizing production downtime.
