Responsibilities

• Install, test, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, fixtures, and related systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and associated mechanical systems to minimize downtime.
• Comply with the Electricity Supply Act, Suruhanjaya Tenaga requirements, and other relevant regulatory standards.
• Implement and enforce workplace safety procedures and permit-to-work requirements.
• Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Supervise contractors, vendors, and service providers performing servicing, maintenance or project works.
• Perform monthly diesel generator testing and identify any operational abnormalities.
• Monitor the performance of building systems and recommend corrective measures where necessary.
• Attend statutory inspections and liaise with relevant authorities as required.
