TA Properties Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Electrical Maintenance Technician to install, test, and repair electrical systems, supervise contractors, and ensure safe, compliant operations. The role covers preventive maintenance, generator testing, and responding to emergencies, with strong emphasis on documentation and teamwork.
The ideal candidate holds a valid A4 Chargeman certification and can work independently while coordinating with vendors and authorities as required.
Install, test, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, fixtures, and related systems.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical and associated mechanical systems to minimize downtime.
Comply with the Electricity Supply Act, Suruhanjaya Tenaga requirements, and other relevant regulatory standards.
Implement and enforce workplace safety procedures and permit-to-work requirements.
Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Supervise contractors, vendors, and service providers performing servicing, maintenance or project works.
Perform monthly diesel generator testing and identify any operational abnormalities.
Monitor the performance of building systems and recommend corrective measures where necessary.
Attend statutory inspections and liaise with relevant authorities as required.
Possess a valid A4 Chargeman certification issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga
