Job summary

Swift in Kuala Lumpur invites an experienced Chapter Lead to steer a 15‑strong engineering chapter focused on Pega, user interfaces, integration, CI/CD, APIs, and Agentic AI. You will coach, upskill, and align delivery with governance, security, and operational KPIs.

Reporting to Tribe leadership, you will shape engineering standards, foster a high‑performing culture, collaborate with Product Owners and architects, and drive continuous improvement across our global engineering community.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of software development experience with a strong proven experience leading a team.
• University degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven track record in leading engineering teams.
• Hands-on development background in enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a chapter of 15 engineers.
• Coach, mentor, and upskill team; align with KPIs.
• Drive engineering standards, security and DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholders.
