MY00 SWIFT Support Services Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Chapter Lead for Back Office Development to guide a 15-person engineering Chapter, focusing on Pega, UI, integration, CI/CD, APIs, and AI-driven initiatives.

You will coach, mentor, and align delivery with governance, security, and KPIs across Belgium and Malaysia. A strong engineering culture and collaboration with stakeholders are essential. Responsibilities include setting objectives, upskilling team members, and driving innovation

Qualifications

University degree in computer science or related field.
8 to 10 years of software development experience with proven leadership.
Experience leading a chapter of engineers and working with Product Owners, Architects, and QA.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a Chapter of 15 software engineers and subject matter experts.
Coach, mentor, and upskill Chapter members for high performance.
Ensure governance, security KPIs, and delivery processes alignment.
Promote collaboration and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Drive engineering excellence, DevOps practices, and reusable components across teams.
