Job summary

Pedoman Networks Sdn Bhd is seeking a result-driven technology sales professional to drive revenue with end-users and channel partners. You will manage customer engagements from inquiry to close, present tailored cybersecurity and networking solutions, and coordinate with partners on marketing strategies.

Candidates with govt/GLC tender experience are highly regarded. The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and a proven ability to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of technology sales experience with focus on end-users and channel partners.
• Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
• Existing relationships with key accounts (banking or government/GLC) and tender experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential end-user customers through outreach methods.
• Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs through negotiation and closing strategies.
• Develop and manage relationships with channel partners to drive sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Provide training and support to partners to ensure effective representation.
• Monitor partner performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends to inform sales strategies and product development.
