Job summary

ASUSTek Computer Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Channel Marketing Specialist to drive retail marketing activities and strengthen ASUS brand presence across retail and dealer channels.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Retail teams, dealers, vendors and regional/global teams to execute product launches, in-store branding and campaigns while managing multiple cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Channel Marketing, Retail Marketing, Trade Marketing or a related role.
• Experience in consumer electronics, technology, FMCG, retail, mobile or other consumer-facing industries will be an advantage.
• Familiar with POSM, retail execution, merchandising, product launches or promotional campaigns.
• Strong project-management, organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills with the ability to work across different functions and external partners.
• Able to work independently, take ownership and follow through with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented with strong accountability and ability to work within tight deadlines.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Strong interest in technology, consumer electronics or gadgets will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute retail product launches, channel campaigns and promotional activities.
• Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing and Retail teams to improve in-store visibility and brand exposure.
• Coordinate retail marketing materials including POSM, display fixtures, product catalogues and store branding.
• Manage dealer store development, retail displays and merchandising implementation according to brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams, dealers, vendors and regional/global stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports with improvement recommendations.
• Support customer and retail experience initiatives, including maintaining accurate ASUS store information on Google Business Profile.
• Support marketing budget planning, expenditure tracking and vendor coordination.
• Manage multiple projects independently and ensure deliverables are completed within timeline.
