Job summary

Yee Lee Marketing Sdn Bhd invites an experienced Channel Development leader to drive EOE-PICOS, ECA and monthly sales deployment execution. You will guide the Channel Development Executive, Admin and Photo Team to strengthen discipline and field readiness.

Expect to oversee monthly tracking, reports and visibility processes, coordinating with Brand, Trade Marketing, Sales and regional teams to ensure timely, accurate execution and strong results across channels in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant working experience, including management experience.
• Good command of English is required. Knowledge of other local languages is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Category Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge or experience with SPACEMAN is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use research and market data to support business projects.
• Experience in marketing and/or consumer behaviour analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly EOE-PICOS execution tracking, review regional results and identify gaps, issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee ECA execution tracking by region and ensure targets, measurement templates and post-evaluation requirements align with channel priorities.
• Lead Channel Development assistance for monthly GT and MT sales deployment, ensuring activity details, deployment materials and briefs are prepared on time.
• Manage the monthly Activity Calendar, Trade Kit, Sales Bulletin and Monthly Report for sales cascade readiness.
• Coordinate with Brand, Channel, Trade Marketing, Sales and regional teams to ensure clear communication and execution.
• Review flagship outlet visibility submissions and evaluate against criteria.
• Provide direction, coaching and workload prioritisation to the Channel Development team.
• Escalate risks and gaps to stakeholders for timely resolution.
