Job summary

CelcomDigi is seeking a Channel Excellence Specialist to drive channel changes, champion system/process improvements, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful retail channel outcomes.

You will lead readiness for channel initiatives, coordinate with Sales Ops Support, and proactively address gaps while harmonising processes to align with CelcomDigi goals. The role requires collaboration across product, service development, and sales operations.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Management, Planning, or Performance Management.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate across functions.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for creating reports and communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational readiness for channel initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Continuously improve channel platforms and personalise solutions to meet Sales objectives.
• Conduct pre-implementation testing prior to roll-out.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational readiness for channel initiatives and changes, ensuring seamless execution with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales Operations Support to improve system and process readiness, providing feedback and contributing to requirements scoping for system implementations prior to launch.
• Proactively identify and resolve recurring operational and process gaps.
• Drive process harmonisation and continuous improvement, reviewing SOPs and frameworks to suggest enhancements that align with CelcomDigi's goals.
• Independently provide support to cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and drive process improvement initiatives.
• Work with cross-department stakeholders in product, service development, and sales operations towards model transitions and channel harmonisation.
• Continuously find ways to improve channel platforms and personalise solutions to meet Sales objectives.
• Conduct pre-implementation testing prior to roll-out.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of working experience in Business Operations, Sales Management, Planning, or Performance Management, preferably in a sales operations role within a medium to large business setting. Skills in project management are an added bonus.
• Able to resolve conflict and connect various stakeholders/departments to produce synergised, effective outcomes.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint, necessary for creating visually and verbally engaging communication materials and reports for internal and external Management teams and key stakeholders.
• Creative, detailed, and result-oriented; self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines, demonstrating composure under stress and in times of uncertainty.
