TIME dotCom Berhad is seeking a Change Management Engineer to govern Planned Event (PE) activities, aligning with change management processes and regulatory standards. You will advise PE requestors on planning, risk, rollback, and customer impact, ensuring communication across internal teams to minimize service disruption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, IT, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in telecommunications, IT operations, network operations, IT service management, compliance or change management.
• Strong background in compliance, governance, or assurance with exposure to technical or operational controls.

Responsibilities

• Govern PE governance to align with change management processes, schedules, and network risk thresholds.
• Review, assess, and validate PE submissions for completeness, compliance, and readiness for execution.
• Provide advisory support on change planning, risk assessment, rollback planning, and customer impact mitigation.
