Messrs. Chong, Ng & Yap, a boutique corporate law firm in Petaling Jaya, seeks a diligent paralegal/assistant to support with research, drafting, due diligence, and client meetings.

You will prepare memoranda, filings, and internal documents while collaborating with partners and associates. Ideal candidates hold an LLB (Hons) or CLP, are fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and demonstrate strong drafting and analytical skills.

Formación

• LLB (Hons) or CLP qualification from a recognised institution.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong drafting, legal research, and analytical skills.
• Genuine interest in corporate and commercial law.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Good interpersonal skills and a positive working attitude.

Responsabilidades
