Job summary

You will draft and negotiate commercial agreements, oversee due diligence for corporate deals, and contribute to knowledge sharing. Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• LL.B degree with CLP practicing certificate.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial law experience including corporate advisory, IP, and litigation.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and client advisory skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
