The successful candidate will undergo rigorous training and work primarily in corporate and commercial matters, gaining hands-on experience in a reputable legal practice. Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, conducting legal research, supporting due diligence, and liaising with clients under supervision.

Qualifications

• Ability to commence pupillage immediately or on short notice.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated interest in corporate and commercial law, with commitment to professional growth and development.
