SC TAN & LOO seeks a chambering student to support its conveyancing team across Johor and Kuala Lumpur. You will assist with developer direct sales, sub-sale, and perfection of transfer, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a willing attitude to learn. Travel between sites is expected, and a positive team player will thrive in this environment.

Formación

• Requires LLB or CLP or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Job Description

• CHAMBERING STUDENT (IN JOHOR AND KUALA LUMPUR);
• Assisting Conveyancing team with Developer direct sales, Sub-sale and Perfection of transfer.
• Must be efficient, able to work under pressure and meet the right deadline.
• Willingly to learn and take on new tasks with good team player and able to work well with the team.

Qualifications and Requirements

• CHAMBERING STUDENT;
• LLB , CLP or its equivalent
• Good interpersonal
• Possess good academic qualifications
• Strong work ethics and positive working attitude
• Multi-tasked and COMMITTED TO LEARN.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) will be an advantage.
• Willing to travel/outstation for works (preferably posses own transport)
