Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the ceramics market.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Present product offerings and sales proposals highlighting value propositions.
• Negotiate terms and close sales to meet targets and revenue goals.
• Prepare quotations, invoices and sales documents accurately and timely.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and pipeline in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations on campaigns and launches.
• Provide market feedback to management on trends and competitors.
• Attend events, trade shows and client meetings to generate leads.
