You will identify opportunities, present products, negotiate terms, and work closely with marketing and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients at all levels.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, with a competitive mindset.
• Organised with strong time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities to grow the customer base.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients for satisfaction and loyalty.
• Present and demonstrate products or services effectively to clients.
• Prepare tailored sales proposals and quotations to meet client needs.
• Negotiate terms, pricing and contracts to close deals successfully.
• Aim to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with marketing and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
• Follow up with clients to collect feedback and identify upsell opportunities.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
