Job summary

Cambridge English For Life (CEFL) in Malaysia seeks an energetic Centre Administrator to support daily operations at the Kajang base. You will assist the Centre Manager, handle inquiries, conduct placement tests, process enrolments via EMS, and oversee billing and exam registrations.

The role requires a SPM/ Diploma/ Degree holder with good English, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to multitask and work both independently and within a team. Experience in education centres is advantageous.

Qualifications

• SPM, diploma or degree holder.
• Proactive, able to multitask and take initiative.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in education centres with young children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Centre Manager with administrative matters and daily operations.
• Answer phones, handle enquiries, and greet walk-in customers.
• Conduct placement tests and process enrolment documents via EMS.
• Billing, collection and banking of fees; Cambridge Assessment English exam registration and fee collection.
• Maintain inventory, stock movement, and ordering with manager approval; manage library system and returns.

Job Requirements:-

SPM/Diploma/Degree holder

Has initiative, is proactive, and able to multitask

Able to communicate in English

Proficient in MS Office software, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Able to work independently and as a team player

Prior working experience in education centres and working with young children will be an added advantage

Job Duties & Responsibilities

To assist the Centre Manager in administrative matters and ensure smooth daily operation of the centre

Answer phone, handle enquiries (both new and follow-up) and attend to walk-in customers

Conduct placement tests, process enrolment documents, and students' registration via EMS

Billing, collection and banking of fees

Cambridge Assessment English exam registration, fee collection and submitting exam registration before the deadline

Inventory & purchasing (stock movement & ordering books with approval of the centre manager)*

Maintaining library system (book movement, making sure books are returned)
