ELS Language Centres seeks an English Language Instructor to join our HQ team at Damansara Perdana, PJ. • Develop and implement lesson plans, exercises, and tests to support structured learning outcomes.
• Conduct regular assessments and provide individualised academic counselling to students to support their English language development.
• Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages active learning and student engagement.
• Participate actively in teaching observations (both peer and management-led) to foster continuous professional growth.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, and fulfil administrative responsibilities as required by the Academic Director.
