Private Advertiser is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a Central Region project portfolio, ensuring on-time delivery within budgets, quality standards, and regulatory compliance. You will manage on-site issues, mentor a project team, and drive a safety- and integrity-focused culture.

The role requires 12–15 years of experience, with 2–3 years leading portfolios for top property developers, and a proven track record in large-scale mixed-use, residential, or commercial developments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 12–15 years of experience with 2–3 years leading a portfolio of projects from reputable property developers.
• Proven track record in large-scale mixed-use, residential, or commercial projects.
• Technically competent with strong commercial acumen, ethical judgment, and practical problem-solving capability.
• Strategic orientation, with excellent execution and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assume full accountability for the Central Region project portfolio, including schedule, budget, quality, safety, and stakeholder outcomes.
• Develop, implement, and uphold robust project management governance, risk management measures, and compliance standards.
• Provide timely project insights, risk assessments, and resource forecasts to support informed regional decision-making by the senior management.
• Lead the resolution of critical on-site issues, including contractor disputes, regulatory constraints and design conflicts to steer project progress.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to build leadership capability.
• Promote a culture of safety, integrity, accountability, and performance excellence across the project management function.
