Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Director of Project Management & Deliveries to steer cross-market initiatives with rigor and strategic oversight. You will oversee the Project Department, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in line with contractual and quality standards.

You will shape and enforce governance, lead senior stakeholder discussions, and drive execution excellence across manufacturing, construction or industrial programs internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level background in engineering or project management with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex or international projects.
• Experience implementing governance, risk and contract management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage Project Managers across markets, including performance management and succession planning
• Establish and implement project management and delivery strategies, policies, and governance frameworks
• Take full responsibility for project delivery performance, including schedule, quality, safety, risk, and customer satisfaction
• Oversee project planning from award to close-out, ensuring milestones and resources are aligned
• Lead high-level customer interactions, contract negotiations, and project reviews
• Coordinate with design, production, supply chain, quality, and finance teams to align priorities
• Drive efficiency, delivery reliability, and profitability through process improvements
• Identify risks, establish mitigation plans, and elevate critical issues to senior management
