Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a dynamic General Manager – Property Development to lead the full lifecycle of our development portfolio, from market research through execution and regulatory compliance. You will report to the Board and guide cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, and site supervisors to deliver landmark projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
10–15 years of progressive experience in property development, construction, or real estate, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (GM, Head of Development, or equivalent).
Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale property development projects (residential, commercial, mixed-use, or township) from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

Shape the strategic direction of the property development division — crafting business strategies, growth plans, and budgets that set the pace for the business.
Lead market research and feasibility studies to uncover high-potential development opportunities ahead of the curve.
Direct the planning, execution, and monitoring of all property development projects end to end.
