Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks an engineer to deliver the service analysis module of the Smartcare CEM solution, and to support platform design, deployment, and integration as required by the project. You will conduct site surveys, design architecture (HLD/LLD), perform platform setup and data verification, test functionalities, and maintain the system with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced telecom environment.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's in Engineering or IT, have 3+ years in telecom/IT,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering/IT.
• Min 3 years in telecom & IT industry.
• Knowledge of CS/PS services and signaling procedures.
• Experience with wireless/core network and data communications.
• Proficiency in wireless network architecture.
• SQL basics and database concepts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the service analysis module of the Smartcare CEM solution per contract.
• Support platform design including site surveys and architecture design (HLD/LLD).
• Assist in platform deployment, testing, and data integrity verification.
• Support platform maintenance, health checks and troubleshooting.
• Clarify integration requirements and provide solution design to customers.
