Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical support experience directly supporting CCTV/video surveillance or enterprise IP camera infrastructure.
• Hands-on Linux OS experience with CLI navigation, log analysis, and service troubleshooting.
• Practical experience with IP cameras, ONVIF, RTSP streaming, VMS platforms, and PTZ/hardware configurations.
• Solid TCP/IP networking knowledge including subnets, switches, and network-attached video devices.
• Strong English communication to explain complex issues to technicians and customers.
• Ability to prioritize and resolve critical escalations and participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Navigate, configure, and troubleshoot Linux environments hosting video surveillance and management applications.
• Diagnose hardware, firmware, lens/PTZ, and video feed issues on ONVIF devices over IP networks.
• Troubleshoot RTSP streams, IP routing, subnets, and bandwidth affecting live feeds.
• Manage escalations via phone, chat, and email; document topologies and logs in CRM.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotation for emergencies.
