Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Technician to support installation, testing and maintenance of technical systems on project sites in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on CCTV and security system installations, with on-site duties and travel as needed.

The ideal candidate holds a technical or engineering certificate/diploma and has some hands-on experience. Training will be provided, and the company emphasizes safety, quality workmanship and teamwork.

Qualifications

Certificate or diploma in technical or engineering fields.
Background in engineering and seeking technician role welcome.
Previous technician experience is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of CCTV and security systems and related tools.
Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations when required.

Responsibilities

Assist with installation, setup and maintenance of technical systems and equipment.
Perform testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
Assist with CCTV, access control, alarm and security system installation and maintenance.
Carry out basic cabling, wiring and equipment connections.
Conduct site inspections and preventive maintenance.
Follow safety procedures and project requirements.
Ensure tools, equipment and work areas are properly maintained.
Perform other technical tasks assigned by supervisor.
